recovery with a purpose

A Fresh Start: Carolina Sober Living Community

WHO WE ARE

About Our Community, Together in Recovery

At A Vision For You, we believe recovery is more than sobriety—it’s about building a life filled with purpose, accountability, and hope. Our Carolina sober living community provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment where individuals can heal, grow, and thrive.

We are proud to be a NARR Level III Supervised Facility, offering a higher level of structure and care to ensure each resident receives the support they need. Through weekly programming, peer accountability, professional counseling, and life-skills development, we help residents strengthen their recovery and prepare for long-term success.

Our community is built on core values: support, accountability, empowerment, respect, integrity, healing, growth, and fun. We foster a compassionate atmosphere where residents not only maintain sobriety but also rediscover joy in life, build meaningful connections, and develop the confidence to pursue their goals

Every resident is encouraged to take pride in their recovery journey. With access to substance abuse counseling, group meetings, recovery tools, and recreational activities, we create an uplifting space where transformation is possible.

Guided by leaders who are deeply committed to both recovery and the Triad community, A Vision For You stands as a place of stability, encouragement, and opportunity. We are more than just sober housing—we are a community dedicated to helping individuals build a brighter, sober future.

Some Questions & Answers

Frequently Q. & A.

1. What is sober living and how is it different from rehab?

Sober living homes provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals in recovery. Unlike inpatient rehab, sober living is not clinical—it’s a community setting that helps residents transition back into everyday life while maintaining accountability and sobriety.

How long can I stay at “A Vision for You” sober living?

Length of stay depends on each individual’s recovery journey. Many residents choose to stay for several months to a year, giving themselves time to build strong habits, secure employment, and create a stable foundation before moving out on their own.

What kind of support and structure do you provide?

Our community emphasizes accountability, peer support, and personal growth. Residents follow house guidelines, participate in group meetings, and are encouraged to work, attend school, or volunteer while living in a structured environment that promotes long-term recovery.

Do you allow visitors and family involvement?

Yes, family support is an important part of recovery. We welcome appropriate visits and encourage healthy connections with loved ones. All visitors must follow house rules to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our community.
